Every order within the US ships free via USPS standard shipping. We strive to ensure prompt delivery, with all orders typically arriving within 2-5 business days from the purchase date. Options for overnight and 2-day delivery are available at an additional cost during cart checkout.

We want you to love your purchase from Created Forever. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping and/or gift packaging charges, within 30 days from the shipping date.
Delivery Details:
- Signature Requirement: An adult (21+) must sign for the package upon delivery.
- Shipping Addresses: We can deliver to any permanent address, including workplaces. We do not ship to hotels or temporary locations.
- Address Changes: Contact us if you need to reroute or change the delivery address.
- Insurance: All packages are fully insured.
- Delays: We aim for timely delivery, but please note that delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
Return Conditions:
- Eligibility: All items, including engraved products, are eligible for return.
- Item Condition: Returns must be in new and unworn condition.
- Promotional Items: Any promotional gifts received must also be returned.
Exceptions: Items that have been resized, updated, or repaired are not eligible for return.
