Refund policy

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

We want you to love your purchase from Created Forever. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping and/or gift packaging charges, within 30 days from the shipping date.

Return Conditions:

• Eligibility: All items, including engraved products, are eligible for return.
• Item Condition: Returns must be in new and unworn condition.
• Promotional Items: Any promotional gifts received must also be returned.

Exceptions: Items that have been resized, updated, or repaired are not eligible for return.

Inspection and Refunds: Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the items for wear or damage. If they meet our return conditions, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment.

You will receive your refund once we have received the item and have checked that it meets all return requirements. This can take up to 30 days.
