Are lab-created diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. They're made of carbon in the same crystal structure as mined diamonds, with the same hardness, sparkle and fire. The only difference is where they're grown.
What's the difference between lab diamond and moissanite?
A lab-created diamond is a real diamond. Moissanite is a different gemstone made of silicon carbide. It's nearly as hard, shows more colorful fire and costs considerably less. Its weight is shown as DEW (diamond equivalent weight).
How fast will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days with free, fully insured FedEx shipping in the US. An adult signature is required at delivery.
What if it isn't quite right?
You have 30 days from the ship date to return any new, unworn piece for a full refund, minus shipping and gift-packaging charges. Resized or repaired items can't be returned. Read the full policy.
